Our restaurant in Saint-Florent is open every lunch and evening, from April to November, and promises you gourmet moments, where the pleasures of the table and conviviality combine perfectly. Local products are showcased in colorful and generous plates.

We have obtained the Gusti di Corsica label, awarded to island restaurants that distinguish themselves by the use of quality Corsican products, thus guaranteeing an authentic culinary experience that respects local traditions. We are also a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, which promotes artisans committed to quality.

At lunch, the restaurant offers a light and appetizing menu, consisting of hot and cold dishes, to be enjoyed poolside or via room service.

In the evening, the restaurant invites travelers to enjoy refined, local cuisine in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

An organic wine list from the AOC Patrimonio showcases the expertise of our winemaking friends. Events featuring their vintages will be regularly organized.

Two atmospheres The bars

By the pool or next to the restaurant, we offer two bars each with its own universe and concept. We will come and offer you a wide range of drinks: timeless cocktails, artisanal and locally made Corsican wines and beers, but also refreshing, hot, natural and healthy drinks.

Our gourmet and refined menu

The La Table restaurant at the Basgi Basgi Hotel celebrates Corsican and Mediterranean flavors with a modern twist in an authentic and welcoming setting.

At lunchtime, come discover our gourmet and flavorful dishes, inviting you to share on our sunny poolside terrace.

In the evening, a refined menu that changes with the seasons showcases our region's produce (Corsican veal, Nebbiu vegetables, Gulf of Guinea fish, Nustrale pork, etc.)

Our wine list features over 100 Corsican wines, and our signature cocktails will introduce you to the island's finest spirits.

Whether you are staying in ourhotel-restaurant in Saint-Florent, whether you are a resident or passing through the region, you are invited to come and discover our generous and tasty buffet of breakfast, filled with local, organic, cold, hot, savory and sweet products. In addition, on request, we adapt to all special diets. Every morning, let yourself be surprised by the variety of dishes offered between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
